White Willow Bark: Salicin, tannins
Chamomile: Vitamin A, calcium, magnesium
Turmeric: Curcumin, magnesium, iron
Black Pepper: Piperine, vitamin K -
Steep 1–2 teaspoons in hot water (just below boiling) for 5–7 minutes.
Cover while steeping to capture the full aroma and essence. -
