Chamomile – Soothes muscle tension, softens emotional stress, and supports sleep when pain is affecting rest. Also aids digestion, which is often disrupted when the body is in discomfort.
Turmeric Root – Powerful anti-inflammatory. Helps reduce chronic inflammation, supports joint mobility, and aids in healing.
