My Story
KayB Wellness began as my own healing after battling alcohol addiction for over 15 years. One day I cried out to Jesus, and He delivered me. In the months that followed, God led me into gentler rhythms; prayer, community, and simple, nourishing habits. Herbs became one of the ways I supported my body while God restored my life. Blending teas and receiving the nourishment they supplied me gave me a place to pour my creativity and gratitude into. Soon I was making custom blends for people I knew and they loved the way my teas tasted and the natural benefits they received. It wasn’t long before I decided I should share what I was creating to help others too.
KayB Wellness is my way of offering to serve people the amazing herbal tea blends I created and honor the God who saved me and made me new in Christ.
