    • Energy + alertness

    • Focus + mental endurance

    • Workout stamina + recovery

    • Metabolism + blood sugar balance

    • Antioxidant support for the brain + skin

  • Yerba Mate Leaf

Yerba Mate contains natural caffeine, theobromine, and theophylline, offering a unique energy lift without the jitters of coffee. It’s also rich in B vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants — making it a nourishing alternative for daily energy, workouts, or focus work.

    • Steep 1 tsp in hot (not boiling) water for 3–5 minutes

    • Sip in the morning or before physical/mental tasks

    • Can be served hot or iced — add lemon, mint, or honey if desired

    • Blend with holy basil, ginkgo, or eleuthero for added stamina

    • 1x daily for energy and clarity

    • Not recommended close to bedtime

    • Can be cycled with non-caffeinated herbs (like nettle or holy basil) for balance

  • KBW Tip:

    • Instead of reaching for coffee when your energy dips, try yerba mate — it lifts you without the crash, and nourishes your body while you work. Great for “deep focus” days.

    Daily Fun Fact:

    • Yerba Mate provides more antioxidants than green tea —making it a skin, brain, and energy booster all in one.

    You Might Not Know…

    • In South America, yerba mate is traditionally shared in a communal cup as a symbol of connection, clarity, and staying present together — a ritual as much as a drink
