    Nettle is like a multivitamin in plant form — packed with iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, silica, and vitamin C.It’s energizing without caffeine and supports healthy blood, bones, hormones, and skin. It’s also helpful during allergy season or burnout.

    • Steep 1 tsp in hot water for 5–7 minutes for daily tea
