Nettle Leaf

Nettle is like a multivitamin in plant form — packed with iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, silica, and vitamin C. It’s energizing without caffeine and supports healthy blood, bones, hormones, and skin. It’s also helpful during allergy season or burnout.

• Steep 1 tsp in hot water for 5–7 minutes for daily tea

• Or make a mineral infusion: Steep 1 TBSP in hot water for 4+ hours (or overnight) for a deep nutrient tonic

• Use the cooled infusion as a scalp rinse for hair growth support

• Can also be added to bath water for muscle and skin nourishment

• 1–2x daily as needed
